DacForge is the studio founders call when they have a validated idea and no engineering capacity. From idea to shipped product

A typical engagement starts with a half-day scoping session. What are you building, for whom, and what does "done enough to launch" look like. From there we plan a four to twelve week path to a running product that your first users can actually use. The shape is close to Basecamp's Shape Up: a fixed appetite, a variable scope inside it.

Version one is the foundation version two compounds on. We pick the stack with that in mind.

The product that ships is the product you keep. We do not build a throwaway MVP that has to be rewritten the moment you see traction. We pick the stack and the architecture so that you can keep shipping on top of what we leave behind. That means boring technology where it pays, and considered choices where it does not.

Why a studio, not a freelancer or an agency

Freelancers are one person who goes on holiday. Agencies hand you a sales pitch followed by a junior team and a lot of management overhead. A studio sits in the middle:
